Gymnasts in the Making

After watching the gymnastics at the Olympics were observed how they looked when they performed and discussed our ideas. The students identified that:
* They point their feet
* They have nice straight legs
* They have nice straight arms

We then used this points to help us with our own gymnastics lesson, so the students focused on pointing their feet and keeping their arms and legs nice and straight. It was fantastic as the students really worked hard on looking professional.

    Hi I’m Amelia a student from R12
    I liked how you included a photo of them all trying very exciting activities.
    You learners learn very quickly with gymnastics, it reminds me of the brief moment of when I tried Gymnastics for the first time.
    Was it scary for the first time gymnasts?
