Cooking time!

Today we were super lucky to have Khalid and Jeane in to help us creating a tradition Moroccan beef tagine and couscous.   The students learnt how to dice an onion correctly and how to make couscous. They learnt a lot about flavouring the food and how the specially designed pot helps to create the wonderful flavour in the meat.

It was sooo YUMMY!!
